At Bedford Drive Primary School, we believe that it is important for our children to wear school uniforms for the following reasons:

  • It is a badge of pride, creating an identity for our school within the community;

  • It gives a sense of belonging and shows that we are all in this together;

  • It gives our children a chance to dress smartly and take pride in their appearance;

  • And maybe most importantly, wearing a uniform means that our children do not have to worry about peer-pressure when it comes to their clothes and having the latest fashion.

Our uniform can be sourced from various local supermarket outlets and it does not require a badge. The Wirral Uniform Centre, Pyramids Shopping Centre, 2 Princes Pavement, Grange Precinct, Birkenhead CH41 2XY, https://www.wirraluniforms.com/ stocks our uniform and The Wirral Fuss Shop, 3-5 Borough Pavement Pyramids Shopping Centre, Birkenhead CH41 2XX, https://wirralfuss.co.uk/ also hold pre-loved stock. If you require any assistance with uniform, please contact Mrs Alston in the school office on 01516451561.
